October Dinner

Butternut Squash Ravioli


Yummm! You must make this recipe soon! We used an Emeril Lagasse recipe from the Food Network website. Here is the recipe:

Myra made the ravioli dough from a basic dough recipe found online, you can use any basic recipe that you find.

1. Make the filling. Sweet and Savory!

2. Roll out the dough using a pasta roller.
(FYI: I want one of these for Christmas)

3. Fill the pasta dough. We used a cute little pasta stamp.





4. Brown butter with fresh sage leaves for sauce. Deeelisch!




5. Sprinkle with a little (or a lot) of fresh Parmesan cheese.





The Final Product! Superb!
